Key Admission Stages

Choose the school and academic program that best match your interests and career goals.
Prepare the Required Documents:
- Original educational document with transcript (original)
- UNT Certificate (electronic copy)
- Certificate of the state educational grant award (if applicable, electronic copy)
- Four 3×4 cm photographs
- National ID card (2 copies)
- Copy of one parent’s ID card (for applicants under 18 years of age)
- Military registration certificate or military ID (for male applicants, copy)
- Medical Certificate (Form 075/u) (original) and a chest fluorography report (with the physician’s signed and stamped conclusion)
- Medical Certificate (Form 063/u) or Health Passport (copies of the pages containing vaccination records)
- All documents must also be submitted in electronic format (scanned copies).
